Today I saw a bunch of robins! There were maybe 7 of them. Also, on the 18th, I went to the Celtics' first playoff game! This is a s.o.s. because the playoffs begin every April. Also, (I forgot to mention this last entry) I had my first soccer game. It was against Billerica though, so we lost 5-3. On the 19th, the Boston Marathon was run, and Ms. Greenberg, one of my teachers, ran it! The next day, I took a picture of the Boston Marathon finish line(below) from the top of the Prudential Tower. As to nature observations, my lawn is probably going to be mowed soon, and is completely green(to the right and above). I also saw some unidentified birds(also below), so if you can name them, please comment.

7th Sign of Spring

This morning I saw FOUR deer! This is big because they only come out in spring when there is grass on the ground. Then, later, while I was walking to school, I saw a blue jay, cardinal, chikadee, robin, morning dove, and woodpecker. That is SIX bird of the weeks. The next day, I saw a blue jay, a robin, two geese, a woodpecker, and a morning dove. We're seeing a lot of the same birds now. Also, the wildfowers are growing(below), and my mom's forsythia bush is flowering(also below).

Sixth Sign of Spring

Today I saw swome robins, but I only photographed one(left). They are coming more and more frequently now. I'm probably seeing 2 a week now. On 3-4-10, it was Easter!
This is a sure sign of spring. It was really fun because I went to my dad's dad's house. I played catch with all of them, and I even had top go opver the fence to get the ball. On 3-3-10, I saw a daffodil in my mom's garden(below), which means that different flowers are growing.Finally, I saw FOUR deer in the woods near my house, which is huge because deer don't come out during the winter.
