My yard

Today I saw the wildflowers in my yard(below). They are blooming even more, both in color and quantity. Also, I'm seeing more and more chipmunks and squirrels and chipmunks. I've even seen a few bunnies. Next, we're having to mow the lawn more because the grass is growing faster and fuller. Finally, there inch worms hanging everywhere,not crawling around anymore.

At my uncle's house, we saw a duck nest! Before we had visited, my uncle got a picture of the mother in the nest(below). Then, we got a picture of the eggs(also below).On 5-16-10, my family and I ate lunch in front of the hatshell, and listened to high school jazz bands.Reading's jazz band performed as well. While we were listening, my dad and I played catch with a tennis ball and a frisbee.

I saw a bird's nest!(below) I think its a oriole's naest, but it didin't have anything in it, so it might not even be a nest. We all think it is, though. Also, I saw a growing acorn(below). It looks really cool because it gas a root comming out of it and its shell is cracked.Another thing, I'm seeing new pinecones. They are smaller than regular ones, light brown, and aren't sticky.
